MaxAB / E-commerce is looking to hire the following:
1. Senior Technical Support Specialist (Exp Need 3 - 4 years)
• The Senior Tech Support Specialist will be responsible for receiving system issues from the stakeholders, as well as tracking the performance of the providers while leading a team of Technical Support Specialists.
2. Warehouse Supervisor (Exp Need 3 - 5 years)
• Manages the warehouse in line with the Max standards.
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with MaxAB regulations.
• Supervises daily activities of the warehouse, inventory control, space management, floor productivity, and shipping.
• Responsible for managing operational plans.
• Inspects equipment & tools
• Plans and utilizes the warehouse space to achieve peak efficiency.
• Stick by the annual budget and makes sure to stick to the approved figures.
• Responsible for problem resolution for all warehouse operations, preparing root cause analysis.
3. Warehouse Team Leader (Exp Need 1 - 2 years)
• Manage team performance
• Conduct regular meetings with the team
• Update daily reports
• Coordinate entered vendors with VM team based on queue
• Manage stock inflows and outflows
• Manage and follow the preparation of orders
